At some point or other, we’ve all wondered what it would be like to have an identical twin sibling. Someone with whom you share the same childhood experiences, the same DNA, and that sacred unbreakable bond. That’s the really cool thing about twins – they’re often insanely close.

But as it turns out, simply sharing clothes and finishing each other’s sentences is definitely not the extent of a close twin relationship. In fact, 31-year-old identical twins Anna and Lucy DeCinque from Perth in Western Australia, won’t stop until their lives are entirely identical.

The twins made quite an impact on the web a few years back when they shared with the world the unusual fact that they have the same boyfriend, electrical mechanic Ben Byrne.

And perhaps even more bizarre is the fact that they have spent a whopping $240,800 on cosmetic procedures to look even more identical. They’ve had breast implants, lip fillers and their eyebrows and eyelashes done all in the name of looking exactly the same.

The self-proclaimed “world’s most identical twins” have spoken about their plan of marrying their boyfriend, who they have been with for eight years.

“We’ve been with him for five years so he’s twinning and winning… We do want to marry the same man and his name is Ben,” they said in a YouTube video on their channel.

“Many debate. Is it possible? Can it work? I don’t really know. But we’ve actually heard in Tucson you can get married.” they revealed. “He needs to get double of everything – two rings… And what wedding dress do you want to get?”

And it’s certainly not just their boyfriend that they have in common. Anna and Lucy also have the same job, share a car and a Facebook account which just so happens to be where they met their boyfriend.

It’s all pretty strange but then again if they’re happy with their unconventional lifestyle, then who are we to judge?
