Woman Photoshops Her Dog Into Movie Posters, And It’s Too Much Cute To Take

In this current cinema landscape chock-full of asinine adaptations, redundant reboots and subpar sequels, I think that there needs to be more films centred around dogs. There simply aren’t enough films featuring man’s best friend, and the likes of Marley and Me, Turner and Hooch or Homeward Bound show us just how great a dog movie can be.

Unfortunately, as Snow Dogs and Air Bud (as well as its many inexplicable and increasingly ridiculous sequels) demonstrate, movies featuring dogs are almost exclusively terrible. Thanks to Irene Van Pelt and her terrific pup, Lucy, I don’t think I mind that too much. Irene has photoshopped her dog into famous movie posters, and I think I speak for all of us when I say that I’d love to see some of these movies come to life one day.

1. This would make a Mastiff profit at the box office

2. Janis Joplin as played by a dog?

3. I think this would also fetch a tidy profit

4. You don’t even have to change the title of this one

5. I think this version would be a bit more lighthearted
