23 Apr Woman Jailed For Cutting Off Ex-Husband’s Penis With A Kitchen Knife Because He “Demanded Sex”

Men can be jerks, especially when it comes to sex. I’ll admit, I’ve certainly been propositioned, even badgered before about “putting out”, but usually a firm “no” puts the issue to rest. That wasn’t the case for one woman in Russia, who decided to take things to the extreme.

She actually took a kitchen knife and cut off her ex-husband’s penis! Well, I suppose it’s one way to be sure he won’t be asking for sex any time soon. Bad jokes aside, the assault was completely over the top and rightfully landed the woman a four-year jail sentence.

Lira Plaksina, 47, claims that her ex-husband arrived at her house “demanding sex”. When she refused, she says he attacked her and that she used the kitchen knife to cut off his penis and scrotum, and injured his right hip in an act of self-defense.

However, a judge has ruled that the evidence points to the event having taken place on Plaksina’s living room sofa while her ex-husband was lying there asleep. Therefore the self-defense argument was tossed out and Plaksina was given four years behind bars.

Plaksina didn’t seem upset with her sentencing nor did she show signs of any remorse for her heinous act. Instead, she waved and blew kisses as she exited the courtroom. “Everything is normal – [I got] four years,” she said.
