Woman Is Crowdfunding For A Vagina So That She And Her Boyfriend Can Have Sex

Crowdfunding has grown exponentially in recent years, with many people using it as a way to fund surgeries that are not covered by medical insurance companies. Many transgender people, for example, have successfully crowdfunded procedures that have enabled them to biologically transition.

In the modern world, gender exists on a spectrum, but if you’re a cisgender man or woman, there are certain body parts you’re presumed to have. However, when she failed to get her period as a teenager, 21-year-old Kaylee Moats from Arizona went to a gynaecologist and was given a shocking diagnosis – she had no vagina.

Whilst this might sound hard to believe, it’s actually a rare condition known as Rokitansky Küster Hauser syndrome (MRKH) which affects one in every 4,500 women around the world. Those with the condition are born without a vaginal opening, cervix and uterus, and this obviously has devastating effects for them.
