20 Oct Victoria Beckham Reveals Truth About Her $1,635 Daily Beauty Regime
Have you ever seen Victoria Beckham and a wrinkle in the same room? Didn’t think so. The 43-year-old former Spice Girl is as youthful as ever, despite being a mother of four and the head of an international fashion label.
Her youthful complexion has left many to question just how she does it.
Is it good genes? Or, is she following in the footsteps of other A-listers by taking a bizarre concoction of placenta pills? Well, there is no need to speculate any longer, as Beckham has revealed exactly what she does to her skin on a daily basis. It may surprise you to learn that it isn’t much different to yours, (except for the astronomical price tag).
Talking to Into The Gloss, the former Spice Girl confessed all her tips and tricks, which includes a Caviar Lime Acid Peel which retails at $90.
Explaining her extravagant routine, Beckham references her past skin troubles. “I used to have quite bad skin when I was younger and I was constantly covering up spots and things like that,” she said, before adding: “Luckily, I don’t have to worry too much about that anymore. Over time, you learn what works for you.”
“I tried some interesting looks in the Spice Girls… [Laughs] At this point, I’ve done so many photoshoots and red carpets that I’ve learned so much about my beauty style by looking back at pictures of myself. And I’ve been collecting products for so long.”
“There’re little tricks I use with all my products. The only face wipes that actually take off all my makeup are the Bioderma ones [$9.90 for 25]. I always use a cleanser after, but these wipes really get everything off,” she said of the modestly priced face wipes, before going on to discuss her outlandishly priced cleanser.
Beckham uses a combination of the Lancer Skincare polish ($75 for a small tube) and the Sarah Chapman Ultimate Cleanse ($60 for 100ml).
Once her skin is fresh and clean, the fashion mogul uses the Sarah Chapman 3D Moisture Infusion Mask, which retails at $21 per mask. “I love it—my skin really does eat this stuff up, so I do it a few times a week,” she explains. “It’s one of those things where you see an immediate difference right after you use it.”
