Uma Thurman Has Sent A Chilling Thanksgiving Message To Harvey Weinstein

When news of the Harvey Weinstein scandal broke in October, many thought that the shocking allegations would be quickly exposed in their entirety. However, Weinstein’s crimes were more prolific than anyone knew.

Almost two months later, the allegations show no signs of letting up, with many of Hollywood’s biggest names still coming forward to accuse the 65-year-old former movie mogul of either sexual assault, harassment or rape.

Usually, when these high-profile women come forward and delve into their personal experiences with Weinstein, they are forthright when describing the way he behaved and how it made them feel, especially they were young and looking to make it big.

Now over 80 women have come forward to accuse the movie producer of sexual assault or harassment, and it is undeniable that he was fond of inviting young actresses into his hotel room wearing nothing but a dressing gown and making persistent unwanted sexual advances.

With so many victims under his belt, behaving inappropriately around women had become routine for Weinstein.

While an actress like Uma Thurman was definitely a potential victim in this awful scandal, she had kept her personal experiences under completely wraps until now. But if you think that this means she doesn’t have a story to tell, you’re wrong.

Last month, Thurman, who has worked with Weinstein several times, was asked to comment on the abuse scandal in an interview with Access Hollywood. It was pretty evident that she was thinking carefully about what she said, and there was a good reason for that.

While Thurman said that it was “commendable” that so many brave men and women had come forward to share their stories of sexual abuse, she refrained from sharing her own story, although it was clear from her reaction that something sinister had happened to her.
