Recently it is becoming increasingly unpleasant to switch on the news because day after day we are forced to digest information regarding terrible events that are taking place worldwide. Despite a few years of relative calm, England has faced three major terror attacks in the space of a few months. This among several other notable events have made people of the world increasingly wary of the places that they live in and unfortunately we have no indications that anything is set to calm down.

Whilst nowhere near the scale of the attacks mentioned, it is also unacceptable to feel unsafe in one’s own home. And this is precisely what one disabled resident of London experienced after she was assaulted by her neighbour, a respected NHS hospital boss.
