26 Feb “Time Traveller” Claims 9/11 Was “Engineered” To Prevent Another Civil War

A man claiming to be a time traveler has come forward to reveal many secrets about the world we live in, among them was the allegation that the 9/11 terrorist attacks in New York were engineered to prevent another civil war.

Speaking with Apex TV, the time traveler goes by the name of Michael Phillips and reveals he was born in the year 2043. He also says that another time traveler he calls Titor traveled back in time to the year 2000 and he is the one who saved the United States from civil war.

This civil war was due to kick off in 2008 and Phillips explains that “It was decided that America needed a single unifying event to bring the country together and to revert a civil war – and that event was 9/11…[Titor] did change the timeline so the civil war in 2008 didn’t happen.”

Phillips claims he works for the government and was introduced to time travel after joining the army when he turned 18. He says he was drafted into the 21st SAS Regiment and was chosen to take part in time travel experiments.

He explains how he was taken by military officials into a hanger where he saw an 8-foot wide “spheroid” which was actually a time machine. It uses “two micro-singularities, one at the top and one at the bottom to power the craft.”
