If you love watching adorable proposals unfold, then get ready to have your heart melted. While many people opt for the classics, popping the question at a nice dinner or near some beautiful scenery, it is often the more unconventional proposals that are the most touching.

For tattoo artist Vinny Capaldo-Smith, that meant including his passion for the permanent art of tattooing in his proposal to his girlfriend, Brooke Wodark.

Vinny had requested that Brooke tattoo a heart on his leg, something that she was clearly nervous about. As a non-tattoo artist and somebody who has never held a needle before, this was obviously about to be a nerve-wracking event for Brooke. In the video posted to Facebook, you can hear Brooke saying how nervous she is that she’ll mess up his tattoo, saying, “I’m shaking”.
