Nowadays, we’ve all been witness to so many strange stories and horrifying videos that it’s hard to even remember a time when the internet could truly shock its legions of users. But it’s not quite out of surprises yet, if this story is anything to go by.

There is a section of Reddit appropriately called “Dear Reddit, Today, I F***ed Up”, or TIFU for short. On this subreddit you can find all manner of stories, from the innocent whose simple mistake landed them in a world of trouble to those whose reckless actions were paid back in full.

Yet all discussions of karmic balance pretty much go out of the window for certain stories, where the initial action or motivation is so bizarre we all just want to get into their mindset.

This was definitely the case for Redditor “coconutthrowaway69” this week, who posted his own thread in the subreddit, about an ill-advised sexual encounter between him… and a coconut.
