Have you ever been on a night out that gets super out of control? I have. You know the ones, when you just pop out for a quick beer; then suddenly you’re in a gutter, looking at your reflection in the sewage under the drain that you are currently being sick in. It’s happened to us all, we’ve all gone too far, got too drunk and ended up regretting every decision that we made in the four hours that we were out. But, while we’re all susceptible to a mad one every now and then, how many of us have popped out for a beer only to end up in Ibiza for 5 days? Not many of us, I imagine. But one man has, one man has done exactly this, and that man is Gareth.

Gareth Kelly, 30, told his girlfriend Hannah Williams, 20, that he was enjoying a pint with his friends at the Green Acre pub after helping his sister move some furniture, and promised her that he would be home soon. However, in a hilarious text message exchange between the two, Gareth suddenly reveals to Hannah that he is on his way to Ibiza for a mini break, telling her he’ll be back in a few days.
