Although he denied it until the day he died, there is no doubt that Michael Jackson underwent a hell of a lot of surgery during his time on earth. The child star completely changed his skin complexion, as well as the whole structure of his face, to such a drastic degree that it is almost impossible to believe that the white man we saw towards the end of his life was the same black child who won the hearts of millions earlier in his career.

The star underwent a variety of surgeries that included cheek implants, skin bleaching, chin restructuring, botox, fillers, and lip augmentation. He also seemed to have multiple operations on his nose, which got thinner and pointier as time went on, apparently to the point where his airways were blocked.

There is no doubt that Jackson’s surgeries were due to a deeper reason than just pure vanity, the star suffered child abuse at a young age and seemed to struggle with his unfathomable wealth and popularity from the get go. It seemed as if Jackson continuously battled with his identity and dysmorphic disorders, which in turn led to his strange image. However, a simulation of what Jackson’s face would’ve looked like without any surgery has emerged in a documentary and it’s pretty shocking.
