In this modern world, its relatively normal to find an Instagram page dedicated to a baby or a pet. In fact, it’s likely you follow several such accounts already. Who can blame you? Adorable photographs of a small humans and animals are irresistible!

However, one father is working to change that. Stephen Crowley is using Instagram to upload photographs of his tiny daughter, Hannah, in “marginally dangerous” situations. But, the alarming snaps aren’t all they seem…

Crowley’s Instagram page is littered with photographs of Hannah in situations fresh from every parents worst nightmare. The daring dad brazenly uploads the snaps with amusing captions, which infuriates other users online who are unaware that the photographs are not what they first appear.

All the photographs of Hannah doing dangerous acts are photoshopped. The tiny tot, with her cheeky smile, is helping her dad with a little project that he has been working on since she was four-months-old.

Hannah, who is now two-years-old, was born with a rare immune disorder called Hemophagocytic Lymphohistiocytosis, or HLH. Heartbreakingly, she has already spent six months of her life in hospital, where she received chemotherapy and a bone marrow transplant, after the marrow was provided by an anonymous donor. This ultimately saved her life, Crowley informed The New Yorker.

In light of Hannah’s condition, Stephen devised a unique plan to raise awareness for the importance of donors. The idea is that the horrifying photographs of Hannah is stricken situations, will show just how close she came to truly being in danger.
