And it turns out that professionals with this specific interest actually do exist, and dog photography is not just a fantasy job shared by dog lovers across the world. Photographers like Cris Skinner have the wonderful job of hanging out with dogs all day, though we shouldn’t forget how difficult the task of keeping energetic puppies still enough for a photo in the first place.

Cris, who runs the company the Journey Photography, offers her services to dog owners looking for something extra special for certain events, or just for the fun of having a professional photo shoot for your pets. Based in Alaska, Cris is a former United States Marine, and now owns four dogs “who provide my life with friendship, love and endless entertainment”. But her latest shoot has to be the cutest one she’s done yet.
