Melania Trump has been operating under the radar pretty successfully huh? The First Lady was reportedly unhappy with the considerable media attention that she was receiving as a byproduct of her husband’s Presidency. She’s chosen to remain living in Trump Tower, New York, with the pair’s youngest son, rather than move into the White House right away.

While a fair amount of media coverage is to be expected when one’s spouse is the President of the United States, the attention that Melania has received has arguably been exacerbated by the many polarising policies and comments of her husband and members of his team.

Upon assuming the Presidency, Donald Trump immediately signed an executive order on a divisive travel ban, intended to block citizens from several different muslim-majority countries from entering the United States. That directive, and a subsequent redraft that was intended to be a less strident version of the same order, were both blocked on constitutional grounds in the supreme court.

Now that Barron Trump has finished his studies at school, it’s been reported that Melania Trump and her son had finally moved into the White House to be with her husband. They weren’t the only ones visiting Washington over the weekend, though, since Melania was apparently joined by her parents, too, leading the internet to make a rather bizarre observation over the appearance of her father.
