Since the dawn of law enforcement, teenagers have been running into trouble with the police. More often than not this tends to be a result of rather innocuous acts of rebellion such as being rowdy on the streets, trespassing and even the more serious charge of consuming alcohol whilst underage. Rarely do we see something where teenagers channel Grand Theft Auto-esque levels of criminal behaviour… except from this past Wednesday in Los Angeles.
