There are plenty of fish out there in the sea, so why is it that some people feel the need to prey on minors? It’s a disgusting act that I don’t think I will personally ever understand.

Saying that 27-year-old teacher, Brittany Zamora showed poor judgment in deciding to engage in a sexual relationship with one of her students is an understatement. The married teacher from Goodyear, Arizona, was caught after inappropriate text messages were discovered.

Fox 10 News in Arizona has been on the scene with footage of Zamora being transferred to the jail.

Zamora had allegedly been having a sexual relationship with one of her 13-year-old students. The boy’s parents had been using an app to monitor their son’s text messages and were concerned after the app notified them of the use of keywords described as being of a sexual nature.

The parents then took screenshots of the text messages between their son and his teacher, which implied their relationship had been physical both on and off campus, and reported the discovery to the school’s principal.

The principal then asked Zamora to have a meeting with him on Thursday, but she was arrested by Goodyear police just hours after the boy’s parents reported the incident.
