While theme parks can be a little overbearing on scorching hot days, there has always been a refreshing alternative for thrill-seekers in the sun.

The water park, somewhat overlooked the rest of the year, gets its time to shine over the summer months, its heady mix of ice-cool water and adrenaline-fuelled rides providing the perfect day out.

One problem for water-park goers, though, has always been their inaccessibility to those with disabilities, although that is all set to change thanks to Morgan’s Inspiration Island, a water park designed specifically for those with disabilities.
