Not only is the former wrestler a ten-time world champion, but he has also forged an extremely successful career for himself in Tinseltown. He’s starred in huge Hollywood blockbusters such as Moana and The Fast and the Furious franchise, and even became the highest paid actor on the planet.

However, Johnson will always be remembered for being one of the most fantastic wrestling stars the world has ever seen. Wrestling stars are known for riling up the fans with their trash talk, and Johnson was one of the best trash talkers in the business.

“The People’s Champ” may have a reputation for being a nice guy, but as any successful wrestler knows, a verbal attack on you means war.

So, who is the 45-year-old actor warring with? Well, no one yet – but someone is definitely picking a fight with him. And it’s not a former rival from back in his wrestling days. It’s none other than rapper and Fast And The Furious co-star, Tyrese Gibson. And the attempted feud has a little something to do with the popular movie franchise.

As you may already know, Gibson has blamed Johnson for the delay of the highly-anticipated ninth instalment of the action-packed movie saga.

This isn’t too far from the truth, as both Johnson and Jason Statham’s characters are getting their own spin-off called Hobbs and Shaw, which has put Fast & Furious 9 on hold until 2020.

Still, it’s a pretty harsh criticism considering he has still remained loyal to the producers of the franchise. And we’ve all been waiting on tenterhooks for The Rock’s response to Gibson’s stinging words.
