I often think about what I would get if I ever got plastic surgery. It’s one of those things that I think about, but would never do. Like going to McDonald’s and ordering a Filet-O-Fish, or going into a pub and ordering anything other than a beer. I think about it, I really do, but I will act on it.

Would I get bicep implants to help boost my noodle arms? How about a brand spanking new pair of pecs? That would be nice. Or I could get a nose job to help with my wonky snozzle, that could work? Or maybe, just maybe, I would dye my skin purple and get an absolutely massive pair of breasts. I think that would look really nice, actually.

“Botched” is a reality TV show where they try and find the remedy to plastic surgery gone wrong. It could be having horns on your head, looking like a blow up doll, or genuinely helping repair burn marks and other scars. However, as is the case with most of these shows, it mainly revolves around some lunatics wanting to get something insanely stupid. The most recent episode saw a purple women with absurdly large breasts appear on the show.

The woman, called Bunny, has a striking resemblance to Violet Beauregarde from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, apart from her sizeable assets, of course. Bunny had the doctors pretty confused when she said she wanted larger breasts to help her with achieve her “extreme Cosplay look”.

Cosplay, for those that don’t know, refers to the practice of dressing up as a character from a film, book, or video game, especially one from the Japanese genres of manga or anime. It is is getting increasingly popular, with more people like Bunny altering themselves to look like the characters. In the clip below, doctors Terry Dubrow and Paul Nassif seem pretty confused by Bunny’s request, especially when she reveals her last set of breast implants gave her some serious complications.
