So, when Elizaveta Bulokhova began to suffer with horrific pain in her jaw, she thought it couldn’t possibly get any worse. That was until she learned the terrible truth about the cause of her pain…

Elizaveta had the life many dream of. At 24-years-old, the expectant mother, was making waves in the modelling industry. However, that dream would turn into a sinister nightmare in 2014, when Elizaveta began to experience pain in her jaw. Assuming it was simply toothache, she took painkillers and attempted to ignore it. “I never even thought in my head that it could be anything more than that,’ she told the Daily Mail Online. 

However, a month later, she noticed a small hard lump forming on her jawline. So, she decided to take a trip to the dentist. Elizaveta and her boyfriend, Roman, went together to the dental practice, but, due to her pregnancy, they were told to come back in September for an X-ray after her second trimester.

Elizaveta returned in September and was referred to a doctor, who carried out three biopsies on the mysterious lump. Shortly after the varying tests, Elizaveta was told that she had osteosarcoma of the mandible, an extremely rare type of bone cancer.
