Live television is a dangerous game. Anything can happen whilst you’re on air, and you’ve got to be able to react in a professional manner in order to retain your dignity. This is why they say working with animals and children is especially dangerous in show business; both are unpredictable and can react in strange ways to new environments, as the presenters of This Morning found out in hilarious fashion.

Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield, the dynamic duo who present “This Morning”, had a couple of animals in their studio during a segment they were presenting on Britain’s first ever “guide ponies”. A guide pony is essentially like a guide dog but much bigger, they also live longer lives and have better memories compared to their canine counterparts. However, the little pony seemed to have got a bout of stage fright during his moment on the big screen, and decided to poop all over the studio carpet. It’s safe to say the presenters couldn’t handle it.
