02 Mar O.J. Simpson’s Never-Before-Seen ‘Confession’ Interview Is Airing Next Month
One of the most infamous trials in Amercian history was of O.J. Simpson for the double murder of his ex-wife Nicole Brown and her friend Ron Goldman. Despite an overwhelming amount of evidence pointing to his guilt, the former NFL star was found innocent after an eight-month trial.
While the jury may have found him innocent, however, many people believe to this day that he was guilty. In 2006, Fox filmed an interview with Simpson where he explained in great detail how he would have carried out the murders if he had been guilty, but it was never aired.
Now, 12 years later, it is set to finally be released, and Fox has released a preview trailer which you can watch below:

The never-before-seen interview was not aired because of public outcry and out of respect to Brown and Goldman’s families. It will air on March 11, and now that public opinion is very much in favor of Simpson’s guilt according to a 2016 survey, it is set to be very controversial.
At the time of its recording in 2006, it was accompanying a book, If I Did It?, which was ghostwritten for Simpson about what would have happened if he had committed the murders. The Goldman family won the rights to this work so that Simpson could not profit from it.
As a result, the newly-released 70-year-old will also be unable to profit in any way from the interview’s release.
Brown and Goldman were stabbed to death outside of Brown’s home on June 12, 1994.
From the outset, Simpson was a person of interest, and when he didn’t turn himself into police after he was asked to, it culminated in a high-speed police chase on June 17 that interrupted the NBA Finals when it was broadcast live.
