09 Apr New Nightmare-Inducing Trend Sees Celebs Photoshopped Into Hilariously Bad Fan Art

We’ve all fangirled or fanboyed over a celebrity at some point in our lives. When I was 12, I used to be in love with the Backstreet Boys. My friends and I would sing their songs, practice their dance routines, and doodle their logos and names all over our school books.

While I can’t remember attempting to draw any portraits of the guys, I’m sure if I did they would turn out just as bad as most the fan art posted below. However, the portraits below come with with a catch. Someone has actually photoshopped the real celebrities back into the fan art!

It is simultaneously the most hilarious and horrifying thing I’ve seen all day. My only criticism is that there are no portraits of any of the Backstreet Boys, but there are plenty of other teen heartthrobs, as well as Oscar and Grammy Award winners!

Graham Norton invited a few well-known celebs onto his talk show to ask them how they felt about their fan art. In the video clip below, Tom Hiddleston and Samuel L. Jackson, who both star in The Avengers franchise, are shown a few carefully selected pieces of fan art.

This time, it’s not that the drawings are necessarily bad, but that the way the actors are portrayed in the drawings is rather disturbing and definitely had the guys squirming. Is your interest piqued? I’ll just say one of the drawings involves Tom reimagined as a naughty stripper… Yeah, you got to see this!
