27 Jun Myprotein: An Apology

On 12 April 2017 Viral Thread published an article entitled “This Guy Just Made A Revolting Discovery Inside His Protein Powder”. The story was centred on the discovery of a mouse inside a tub of Myprotein powder. Viral Thread corroborated information from a number of reliable news outlets in order to provide what we believed was a genuine news story. It has since been proven beyond all reasonable doubt that the story was fabricated by the source. Accordingly, we would like to wholeheartedly apologise to Myprotein for any damage caused.
