President Trump’s alleged affair with adult movie star Stormy Daniels has rocked his presidency since news of it was broken by the Wall Street Journal in January. She claimed that she had an affair with the president after the birth of his youngest son Baron back in 2006.

In an unpublished 2011 interview with In Touch Weekly, Daniels opened up about her encounter with the most powerful man in the world, claiming that “the sex was nothing crazy”, consisting of a mere one position, and that she could “describe his junk perfectly”.

Then, in November 2016, the adult movie star was reportedly paid a staggering $130,000 worth of hush money to keep quiet about the affair. This payment was made via a private company to disguise its origin, and now it’s at the center of a heated legal battle with Daniels’ lawyer.

According to Daniels’ lawyer, Michael Avenatti, Daniels, who initially denied the affair, should not adhere to a non-disclosure agreement she signed in 2016 because it was not valid as it was signed by Trump’s lawyer, Michael Cohen, and not the president himself.

Speaking to CNN about the affair, Avenatti said Daniels “was physically threatened to stay silent about what she knew about Donald Trump.”

The lawsuit is scheduled to take place in July, and if Daniels wins, she will be free to discuss her alleged affair with the president in all its sordid glory. While she has yet to confirm it personally, her lawyer Avenatti has done so on her behalf.

“In light of the amount of misinformation that Mr. Cohen has put out there to the Wall Street Journal, the Washington Post and others, I think it’s time for her to tell her story and for the public to decide who’s telling the truth,” Avenatti said.
