01 Aug Kim Kardashian’s Company Is Being Sued For $100M

2017 hasn’t been particularly kind to the Kardashian/Jenner clan.

The year started off on something of a sour note for the family after a Pepsi commercial featuring Kendall Jenner endured a widespread backlash for apparently insensitive parallels to the Black Lives Matter Movement. In the advert, Jenner is seen joining a group of protestors, who are being closely watching by police officers. Stepping out of the crowd, Jenner hands one of the officers a can of Pepsi. After taking a swig, the officer gives a wry “well, what d’you know?” smile to his fellow law enforcement official, to the rapturous delight of the crowd.

More recently, Kendall and Kylie Jenner came under fire for a line of t-shirts that superimposed apparent Instagram photos of the two starlets over the top of pictures of iconic music stars including Tupac and Ozzy Osbourne. Add to that the swirling tempest surrounding the Rob Kardashian/ Blac Chyna fallout, and it isn’t difficult to arrive at the conclusion that 2017 has hardly been the notorious family’s year thus far.

It would appear that things have taken yet another nosedive, however, after reports emerged suggesting that Kim Kardashian’s company has been hit with an astonishing lawsuit.
