Head’s up fast food junkies! There’s a new woman in town, and she’s just waiting for you to grab one of her juicy thighs or crispy breasts. Uh, crispy breasts?

Hey, get your mind out of the gutter, I’m talking about chicken here! Kentucky Fried Chicken to be exact.

KFC has recently announced which celebrity will now be portraying Colonel Sanders, the famous face of the restaurant, and everyone was surprised to find out it would be a female star.

I’m not sure if this means KFC are trying to be more feminist or perhaps are just trying to cater to a specific audience. After all, the Double Down meat-bun sandwich certainly wasn’t appealing to the tastes of most women.

Further indication that KFC is trying to get more women to taste their snack boxes was the release of On the Tender Wings of Desire – a romance novella starring the Colonel that was available for free on Amazon last year.

Now that the Colonel is a woman, they may need to make some adjustments to the novella…
