20 Jul Hero Daniel Radcliffe Rushes To Help Knifepoint Mugging Victim
Daniel Radcliffe has been very busy since the Harry Potter series concluded in 2011. Appearing in several films, TV shows, and numerous stage productions since The Deathly Hallows Part 2 hit theatres, his interests also extended further than the screen and stage, as he is passionate activist.
He has contributed to a number of charities since he rose to fame, including the Demelza Hospice Care for Children. The Trevor Project for suicide prevention among LGBTQ youth earned him the charity’s Hero Award for his work with them, in which he filmed public service announcements and donated directly to the cause.
The actor again proved his compassion and overall decency after he rushed to the aid of a man who was mugged last week in London. The victim, a tourist in his 50s, was visiting England for a few days when he was attacked by two men on a moped.
