Chris Pratt is beloved by his fans for a number of reasons, not limited to his endearing character in Parks and Recreation, his oh-so-adorable relationship with his wife, Anna Faris, and the fact that he’s down-to-earth and genuine. But we may have to hold the phone on that last one because it appears that Chris Pratt’s reputation as “The Nice Guy” is in jeopardy as reports have surfaced that he is refusing to take pictures with his fans.

Whilst celebrities don’t “owe” anything to their fans per se, they are expected to be somewhat friendly to the people that continuously cheer them on, especially as more committed fans spend so much time engaging with them by creating fan accounts on Twitter, Instagram and the like. You would think that a hug, some conversation and a photo wouldn’t be too much to ask in exchange for all this support.

But before we all go at Chris guns blazing, we better have a little listen to his explanation of why he may appear to be a little cold with his fans. It might just let him off the hook.
