Granny On Videoboard Flashes The Audience At Dodger Stadium

Sometimes we come to the internet to find an answer to a question, or to learn some new tidbit of information… and sometimes we just come here simply to feel good. This story definitely falls in the latter category, because if you’re anything like us, you will love and envy the reckless abandon with which this elderly woman approaches her life.

It was the seventh inning at Dodger’s Stadium, where the Los Angeles-based baseball team was facing off the Kansas City Royals. With 42,225 fans in the stadium, we’d be willing to be that at least 10,000 of them were bored out of their minds at this point. Sorry baseball fans, but can we stop pretending that there’s never a dull moment in baseball? Because I’ve witnessed at least 1 million of them. But step forward this grandma, who, as if she had the ability to read the audience’s minds, decided to make things a little more interesting.

As it was between innings, the video board was shifting from fan to fan, and everyone looked on in pain as the person in the spotlight went through the awkward motions of realizing they were on the big screen.  The video screen controllers will usually skip over the people who don’t appear to be having a blast, and stick to those who put on a show. And on this particular day, boy did they get a show.
