24 Jan Female Captain Jack Sparrow Impersonator Marries 300-Year-Old Ghost Of A Pirate

Pretty much everyone, even the most romantic of people, gets to the point where they are disillusioned by love. That might be because of their past experiences with love, it might be because of a lack of experience with love or it might simply be because they are sick of men, women and whoever or whatever they might be attracted to.

But imagine being so disillusioned by the idea of having a relationship with a living person that you’ll resort to getting it on with a ghost.

Sound like a long shot? Well, you’ve heard nothing yet.

One divorced mother-of-four, by the name of Amanda Teague, was so tired of men from the “physical world” that she married the ghost of a 300-year-old Haitian pirate. 

“Jack proposed to me,” Amanda said.  I wanted us to make a proper commitment to each other.”

But make no mistake – despite not having a physical form, this ghost/former pirate (named Jack) is 100% real according to Amanda. And interestingly, the 45-year-old mom worked as a Jack Sparrow impersonator (but that’s purely coincidental). Anyway, it’s her love of pirates that attracted her to him in the first place.

It all began back in 2015; Amanda was in bed at her home in Drogheda, Ireland, when she sensed a presence – the presence of a ghost who would soon become her new husband. 

Their relationship quickly blossomed, and in July 2016, Amanda hired a registrar in order to legally marry Jack in international waters. Of course, a spiritual medium was present so that he could be allowed to say “I do”.
