17 May Dylan Sprouse Just Ignited A Twitter War With Jared Leto With This Single Savage Tweet

Thanks to social media, we live in a world where nothing is sacred. Personal details about your private life, moments from your past and connections that you have are all available for scrutiny, no matter who you are.

In fact, in an alternate form of reality, celebrities are the biggest target of this kind of criticism. On social media, they can’t hide behind a picture-perfect PR team or pay off their threats, because everybody online is free to voice their own opinion.

It doesn’t matter how powerful you are, a simple tweet from somebody with only a few hundred followers has the capability to smear your name. For evidence of this, look no further than Gossip Girl star Ed Westwick, who saw his acting career take a dive as a result of two Instagram posts which accused him of sexual assault.

Then there was James Franco, whose reputation in Hollywood was severely affected after a 17-year-old girl that he’d privately messaged via Instagram published their conversation for all to see online. Franco, who was 35-years-old at the time, had tried to get the teen to meet him in a hotel room, despite being aware of her age.

So with that in mind, it is safe to say that Jared Leto has a lot to worry about.

The Academy Award-winning actor is the latest male in a public eye to have his name linked to sexual misconduct after former child star, Dylan Sprouse, called him out on Twitter for some allegedly questionable behavior.

In the tweet, which has since gone viral, 25-year-old Sprouse seems to suggest that Leto, who rose to fame in the band 30 Seconds To Mars before gaining extreme notoriety as an actor, has made inappropriate advances on “every” young model.
