The world has a lot of problems at the moment. Nuclear war is on the horizon, the world leaders are completely off the rails and to make matters worse, Drake and Josh have fallen out. I know, right? Drake and Josh! Name a more iconic duo. Sadly, if rumours are to be believed, the step-brotherly bond that held the two characters together on the show doesn’t exist in real life.

First, the backstory. Drake Bell and Josh Peck were the iconic duo behind the hit TV programme, Drake and Josh (see what they did there?) The programme, which followed the everyday lives of two step brothers with differing personality traits, was immensely popular and even got commissioned for two films. The pair shot to fame in the mid noughties and their programme is often regarded as one of the best to grace Nickelodeon – due to its appeal to both adults and children. However, like all good things, the show had to come to an end. And so, it seems, did their relationship.

Strangely, in the weeks building up to this monumental event, the iconic duo seemed like they were on good terms. In 2016, they reunited for the show Grandfathered where they even made reference to the Nickelodeon show by saying their catchphrase: “Hug me brotha!” Not only this, but literally a matter of weeks ago, both actors shared the same image on social media within days of each other.

Everything seemed so rosy. So perfect. What happened, guys?
