Shocking footage has emerged of a doorman brutally attacking a helpless homeless man outside a Wetherspoon’s pub in Birmingham on Saturday evening. The doorman, who has remained unnamed, can be seen raining down a array of punches and kicks on his victim as he cowers on the floor, pleading for him to stop. Despite repeated shouts from the public, the savage incident only ends once another doorman steps in and physically pulls the attacker away.

The roughly 20-second video, which was taken by a member of the public after leaving a nearby restaurant, has gone viral on social media, getting hundreds of thousands of views in the space of a few days. It is believed the attack happened outside the Soloman Cutler pub at around 19:45 local time, and the eyewitness, the victim as well as the Wetherspoon’s have all spoken out regarding the incident.
