His reign of terror over aspiring young actresses abruptly ended, simultaneously exposing many other established Hollywood figures.

The allegations against male stars, such as Kevin Spacey and Ed Westwick, began to flood in prompting a mass debate online which villainized all males in a position of power. Until now, there was no compelling mainstream evidence to suggest that female stars were also guilty.

The disturbing video shows Moore repeatedly kissing her General Hospital co-star, Philip Tanzini at his 15th birthday party. Taken in 1982, the bizarre clip captures a flirtatious Moore lunging at the young boy, who appears to revel in the attention as the pair are interviewed by Entertainment Tonight.

Unperturbed by the fact that she is a married woman (a 17-year-old Moore married rock musician Freddy Moore in 1980, despite him being 12 years her senior), Moore professes her love for the juvenile Tanzini as he casually chomps on a piece of chocolate birthday cake.
