Demi Lovato has been very open about her struggles with addiction. The 25-year-old singer now leads a completely sober lifestyle, but that doesn’t mean she doesn’t still have bad days. Recently, Lovato opened up about nearly breaking her sobriety to drink at the MET Gala.

She claims a “fake b*tch” celebrity upset her so much at the New York fashion event that she was nearly driven to drink to deal with the discomfort.

“This one celebrity was a complete b**ch and was miserable to be around,” Lovato told Billboard about the experience. “It was very cliquey. I remember being so uncomfortable that I wanted to drink.”

Immediately after the event, Lovato rushed to an AA meeting. She texted her manager and confessed her feelings. She was then rushed to a 10 pm AA meeting, where she accidentally wore some of her MET Gala diamonds!
