As you probably already know, yesterday was Father’s Day, and families across the world celebrated the bad jokes and awkward dress sense that all dads seemingly possess. Over the years, I’ve celebrated many with my dad, and the holiday is known for plenty of tributes and homemade mugs for the men primarily responsible for shaping us as people.

Father’s Day can be a day for joy and celebration, but this doesn’t apply to everyone. Men tragically pass on and leave their families behind, and some people are left with a slightly bittersweet feeling every Father’s Day.

Chris Pratt is one of the biggest movie stars around at the moment, and he has a four-year-old son named Jack with fellow movie star Anna Faris. Unfortunately, Pratt lost his own dad some time ago, and this Father’s Day, he paid an emotional tribute to his late father.
