03 Oct Brother Of Las Vegas Gunman Reveals That Their Father Was On The FBI’s Most-Wanted List
In the wake of the deadliest shooting in US history, people have naturally begun to question what could have motivated the 64-year-old lone gunman Stephen Paddock into committing an atrocity that killed 59 people and injured over 500.
Paddock was a retired accountant and real estate investor who had lived relatively inconspicuously in a retirement community 80 miles outside Las Vegas in Mesquite. He was a multi-millionaire who regularly visited Sin City to gamble away his fortune.
Almost immediately after the attack, the Islamic terrorist organisation IS claimed responsibility for it, saying that Paddock was a “soldier” of the caliphate who had recently converted to Islam. However, it has since been reveals that there is absolutely no evidence to support this claim.
Now Paddock’s younger brother Eric has spoken out about the atrocity his brother committed from his home in Orlando, Florida. He is completely shellshocked by the revelation that his seemingly normal brother became a cold-blooded killer.
“There’s absolutely no way I could conceive that my brother would shoot a bunch of people that he didn’t know,” Eric Paddock said outside his home. “Something just incredibly wrong happened to my brother.”
The only unsavoury thing to emerge about Paddock’s past is that his father was on the FBI’s most-wanted list.
