Before And After Pictures Show Results Of Woman’s Botched Eyebrow Tattoos

Having fabulous eyebrows is easy these days. Even if Mother Nature hasn’t blessed you with a pair, a range of beauty products and treatments can help you get the brows of your dreams. But for one woman in Thailand, her quest for the perfect brows ended in disaster.

Eyebrow tattoos are a popular way for people to get a permanent pair of perfect brows if they’re lacking in the eyebrow department. Most tattooists who offer them are adept at the process, however, whoever tattooed 26-year-old Kanyarat Chaichan deserves to get fired.

Kanyarat is pictured below before her botched tattoo eyebrows which were permanently etched onto her skin by an “inexperienced” artist in November of last year.

Her mistake was apparent as soon as she’d received the treatment, but unfortunately, she couldn’t afford to do anything about it at the time. What made it even more horrendous was the fact that she naturally had a full and shapely pair of eyebrows in the first place.

Kanyarat’s pain, however, did not last for long, and after seeing pictures of her horrific slug-like eyebrows, a kindly tattoo artist offered to remove them with laser treatment free of charge – a procedure that typically costs $1, 565 (£1,100).

The following pictures are a testament to the fact that people should thoroughly research tattooists before getting any work done.

The 26-year-old’s ordeal did not end when she had the laser treatment on March 21.

It takes time for tattoos to be removed because a person’s body needs a chance to reabsorb the ink from them, and it will be six months before she will able to see the full results of the procedure.

“I’m very pleased with the results and grateful for the treatment. I feel much better now, and I think I look a lot more beautiful,” she said.

“I thought I would be stuck with the big eyebrows for the rest of my life. Now I’m just being patient and waiting for them to get better.”

The laser removal was carried out by tattooist Vilailak Nan Sundantom and it also involved the use of micro blading.

While there is no doubt that Kanyarat’s appearance has improved considerably as a result of the treatment, she may need further work in future to have her slugs removed completely.

“There are many places to study to learn how to do tattoo eyebrows. It’s not something that people should play around with,” Vilailak advised.

The 26-year-old is pictured below after the procedure.

“I could really sympathize with Kanyarat because nobody wants to have eyebrows like that for the rest of their lives,” the tattooist continued.

“It was a mistake and this was a very extreme case. I will do my best to help, but it will take between three and six months to see the results.”

We would like to wish Kanyarat all the best in waiting for her botched eyebrows to fade.
