Ashton Kutcher Reveals How He Has Helped Save 6,000 Child Victims Of Human Trafficking

If you’re anything like me, you don’t take Ashton Kutcher too seriously. As the guy who created Punk’d, it’s a little difficult to think of him as anything more than a child masquerading in the body of an unconventionally attractive adult.

But whilst he may have starred in his fair share of romantic comedies, Kutcher is no joke in the world of investment. The 40-year-old actor is a hugely successful venture capitalist, having invested his fortune in over 60 companies including Airbnb and Skype.

Impressed? You shouldn’t be for he is, after all, the man who won the heart of Hollywood’s hottest star. Kutcher married his That ’70s Show co-star, Mila Kunis, in 2015 after a fairly bitter divorce from Demi Moore in which his marital indiscretions became common knowledge for all.

Their divorce may have been front page news back in 2013, but the prolific pair are still committed to each other in alternative ways. Working together, Moore and Kutcher have been able to use their charity, Thorn, to help save 6,000 children from sex trafficking.

Watch this video to hear Kutcher explain the incredible technology behind this amazing work:

In the interview, Kutcher even goes on to say how he plans to totally eradicate child pornography online. With an average of 480,769 images of child abuse being reviewed by the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children on a weekly basis, it’s certainly not going to be an easy task.

However, with millions of dollars of funding from multiple supportive sources and smart technology, Kutcher hopes to make this dream a reality.

A father of two, Kutcher is taking his work for Thorn incredibly seriously. This combined with his commitment to charitable causes means that maybe we could see a future free of indecent images of children and human child exploitation. So are you starting to take him seriously now?
