Ever since Apple unveiled the first iPhone in 2007, the final months of summer have continually been blighted by speculation over what fancy new feature the new iPhone will have.
Regardless of where you fall in the iPhone versus Android debate, I think we can all attest to the fact that we do care about what Tim Cook and his dream team have managed to conjure up. Certainly, almost everything that the tech company has produced to date has been labelled as “revolutionary”.
The first iPhone that Apple’s late founder Steve Jobs unveiled in 2007 changed the face of the smartphone industry forever. The humble iPhone 3G is credited for an impressive number of things, including literally putting the internet into people’s pockets and transforming photography from a hobby into an integral part of daily life. Yes, that means that we may not have had the beloved social media platforms of Instagram or Snapchat if it weren’t for them.
Apple seems set to change the game yet again, however, as developers have discovered some hidden code in the dev kit for Apple’s HomePod speaker which allegedly discloses some key pieces of information about the iPhone 8.
