28 Mar Meghan Markle’s Estranged Family Get Shut Down On Live TV After Moaning About Royal Wedding Snub

It’s lucky that Meghan Markle is a well-trained actress, for since it was announced that she’d be marrying into the most prestigious family in the world, the world has become her stage.

Never before has she had to perform for such a tough crowd. But rather than stumble on her words and falter, the 36-year-old actress has shown her true range.

However, as with all stars at the top of their game, there is always someone or something from the past threatening to overshadow every success. Be it a juvenile arrest that you’d tried to bury, a bitter ex-lover who can’t forget the times you shared, or a family member who wants a slice of the spotlight.

For Meghan Markle, it’s the latter. Despite having enjoyed a fruitful acting career as one of the main cast members of the hit series Suits, and having been married once before, it is only now that her estranged family have coincidentally chosen to be a part of her life.

After Prince Harry popped the question, every minor member of Markle’s enormous family suddenly came out of the woodwork demanding that they be acknowledged as her blood relations – even those who aren’t biologically connected to the actress have been vying for attention in the media, such as her former half-sister-in-law, Tracy.

In fact, Tracy is so adamant that she deserves an invite to the Royal Wedding that she has declared just so on several national television shows, including Good Morning Britain.

Flanked by her son, Tyler, Tracy took to the show earlier this week to embarrassingly announce that they haven’t received the highly-coveted invite from the Royal couple-to-be. Despite the snub, they maintain that they fully support her. But this doesn’t fly with the show’s outspoken host, Richard Madeley, who quips in to shame the pair for their shameless behavior…

When asked how long it has been since they contacted the future-princess, Tyler admits it’s been three years, whilst Tracy shockingly reveals that she hasn’t spoken to her for 20 years – since Markle was a teen.

Confused as to why they’d automatically expect an invite given that they haven’t “supported” Meghan as much as they have vehemently claimed over the last six months, the show’s host goes on to awkwardly ask:

“Well, then it doesn’t seem unreasonable for you not to be invited, does it? I mean, if it’s 20 years, you’re pretty much on the fringes, aren’t you, of the family, to be honest?”

He certainly didn’t hold back in saying what we are all thinking. However, this isn’t the first time that Markle’s peculiar family have tried to feed off her fame. Back in January, they went on live television to share exclusive never before seen footage from the family album.
