15 Feb Van Damme’s Daughter Is A Huge Badass And Definitely A 10

Let me start by saying there’s something incredibly hot about Jean-Claude Van Damme. I’ve had a crush on him since the first time I watched Kickboxer and if I’m being entirely honest, I once named a pillow after him. Because trust me, there’s nothing better than watching a Van Damme movie whilst snuggling up to a pillow which shares his name.

Van Damme is the kind of man girls go weak at the knees for (seriously, just ask my knees). It is therefore unsurprising that any offspring of the martial arts expert would be pretty damn hot too.

The Belgian actor who was commonly known as the “muscles from Brussels” has three children with current spouse Gladys Portugues. Whilst all his children turned out pretty attractive and talented, his daughter Bianca Van Varenberg is a chip off the old block. Aside from the fact she is super into her health and fitness training, Bianca can kick some serious martial art butt of her own. Not to mention that she is also insanely hot. I’m not even slightly exaggerating. She. Is. Insanely. Hot. Prepare yourselves the the Bianca pictures which lay just over the page.

It turns out Van Damme’s legacy continues in the form of his 25-year-old daughter. The incredibly athletic actress from California is a pretty impressive specimen. She is just like her dad and even has his super-flexible legs. True Van Damme fans will probably be slightly moved by Bianca’s ability to imitate the famous Jean-Claude splits. I don’t need a personal trainer degree to tell you that holding that position is not as easy as they make it look.

“I want to show little girls and little boys that you can be physical and feminine. That you can cross your legs at the dinner table and then kick ass in a nice, feminine way. Kind of like how my father brought martial arts to the mainstream for my generation — I want to continue that legacy.”

Bianca admits that as a child her parents encouraged her to attend childrens martial arts classes but she showed little interest. It wasn’t until she was needed for a scene in one of her father’s films that she got a taste for both acting and martial arts.

Bianca then started acting (and doing martial arts) alongside her father and has since co-starred in six of Jean-Claude’s films. Talking about her relationship with her father, Bianca casually says: “We’ll go to the gym and kick and stuff.” As if getting to work out with Jean-Claude Van Damme was the most casual thing in the world.

Personally I would shave my hair off for the opportunity to “kick it” with the Bloodsport actor at the gym and follow a Van Damme-worthy martial arts training program, but that’s just me. Continue over to the next page for more insanely hot pictures of Bianca. The New York Post reports that Bianca and Jean-Claude’s relationship is better than ever since they have bonded over their mutual obsession of martial arts. “I’ll agree to meet up with him and then I’ll be like, ‘Ugh, why am I here?’ I’m a perfectionist and so is he, so he’ll always give me little critiques on my form,” she says. “He’ll be all like, ‘Look how high my kick is!’ And I’m like, ‘Dad, you can’t be serious — I’m obviously better than you!’”

The only sort of kicking I know how to do, is kicking myself when I make a mistake. However it has been said that learning martial arts can be an incredibly handy talent. Aside from the fact it automatically makes you ridiculously hot, it also means you can kick serious butt whenever you need to. Case and point, the footage below, which captures a woman in China knocking out a thief who had his fingers in her handbag. You go girl!

Perhaps this thief should consider getting himself a personal fitness trainer before trying to rob any further unsuspecting women. Or better yet, he might want to consider a change in profession.

As for Bianca, there’s no doubt that she is just as awesome as her daddy and can do crazy flying kicks just as well as he can. I think I speak for all Van Damme fans when I say, we’re hoping to see the little Damme starring in a martial arts film of her own in the near future.
