Forty-four-year-old Rachel Biscoe was so enraged after catching her fiancé half-naked on the phone with his lover, that she reacted in the most violent way imaginable.

So what did she do? Well, it’s so gross that it really doesn’t bear thinking about, but it did happen and Biscoe even confessed to the crime.

Biscoe sliced open the scrotum of her former fiancé, Trevor Camp, with her diamond engagement ring and what’s more, she even managed to avoid jail.
