Love him or hate him, Donald Trump has been in the public eye for decades. That means he’s been fair game for the more creative folks among us to photoshop the now American President into fictional situations. Check out this hilarious seasonal ‘shop for a laugh:

But what is perhaps more entertaining is that someone has photoshopped Donald Trump with normal hair! Yes, the businessman turned celebrity turned President has tresses that have long been a source of comedy and confusion.

Donald Trump’s tresses have become almost as famous as the president himself, with the bizarre-looking barnet repeatedly being the focus of media attention. Whenever the president steps out of Air Force One, the media are on hand to catch the business tycoon looking windswept.

In fact, Trump’s unique style has led many to believe his hair isn’t real at all!

But despite the rumors, Trump’s hair does appear to be 100% his own, and he even put it up for grabs in a ‘Hair vs Hair’ match against WWE CEO Vince McMahon at WrestleMania 23. Sadly, the “Battle of the Billionaires” ended with Trump coming out on top, and Vince getting the shave:

Still in doubt, well, who could forget the time Trump let chat show host Jimmy Fallon actually MESS UP his blond locks whilst on his presidential campaign. No matter what you think of the guy, this was certainly entertaining, and put a lot of the bald conspiracy theories to bed:

But despite being real, Trump’s hair has never quite looked real. Can you really name any other person in the world that sports that unique hairdo?

Let’s face it, we’ve all wondered what Trump would look like if he went for a more age-appropriate and socially accepted style. Well now someone on Twitter has given Trump a makeover, and the results are… not that bad! Check it out for yourself:

Not too shabby, right? It’s possibly even presidential. Maybe someone should suggest to the Commander in Chief that he should get a haircut ASAP.

The photo gives Trump a much more average hairline, natural hair color, and a normal texture to his tresses. Though considering he’s been resisting a change for years, it’s likely we won’t be seeing a newly styled coif anytime soon.

This isn’t the first time Donald Trump has been given an “online makeover”. Last year another Twitter user attempted to make Trump appear less orange by removing his fake tan. The results were, well, interesting:

Even the men’s magazine, GQ, got on board. They attempted to give Donald Trump a makeover last January. First, they identified all of his fashion faults, which included too much bronzer, wrinkled pants, a giant tie, and of course “ridiculous hair”.

They then started making changes. They gave him better fitting pants and tailored his suit jacket. Next they swapped out his tie for a more fashionable, slimmer one. A tie clip and pocket square were added, and then it was on to the hair.

GQ gave Trump a completely new haircut. They first tried out several styles on the President before settling on the perfect cut:

In case you missed it, last year Donald Trump’s former hairdresser revealed the secrets behind his famous ‘do. She claims that his hair is, in fact real, and that “he has really long hair and he combs it back straight”.

the hairdresser, named Amy Lasch, worked with Trump on early seasons of The Apprentice, and reveals that he previously had shunned traditional hairdressers and even let his family cut his hair. She claims he uses so much lacquer and hairspray to keep his tresses tame that his locks were “solid and matted”.

Lasch claims that Trump would arrive on set with his hair already styled and that she would only be responsible for keeping it to his liking. “He’s been combing his hair in the same way since the 1980s”, she said. “What I don’t like about that is that he is afraid of change.”

GQ‘s final makeover, including the new hairstyle, is quite dramatic. Dare I say he almost looks good…almost?
