11 Jan Woman Catches Out Bigamist Husband When He Appears On Game Show With Second Wife

In this day and age, marriages rarely last “’til death do us part”.

But this hardly means that people have become disillusioned by the concept of getting hitched.

Indeed, remarriages are as common as ever before. And they’re pretty much proof that, if at first you don’t succeed, simply try again and hope for the best.

However, if you are hoping to marry for a second time, you might want to wait until you and your former flame have officially parted ways.

Bigamy is illegal in many countries and so it would be pretty dimwitted of you to intentionally commit the crime – with a few forged documents to help you along the way.

But although bigamists are usually found out sooner or later, most of them aren’t caught redhanded on national television.

However, one bigamist was found out when one of his wives saw him on a televised UK game show.

The game show in question was Ant and Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway, and after this debacle, I’m sure a lot more people will be tuning in.

51-year-old Helen Gundry who works as a retail manager thought that her 39-year-old estranged husband, Daniel Gundry, was working abroad in Dubai.

However, one evening when she turned on the television, she was horrified to see her own husband, whom she thought was living in the Middle East, with another woman, later revealed to be 44-year-old Sue Brooker.

The couple were featured on the show as guests to the surprise wedding of Brooker’s sister.

After the show was broadcast on television, Helen Gundry left a comment on game show’s Facebook page, and soon enough that very comment went viral:

“I loved the wedding and the surprised guests – I didn’t love the sight of my husband who’s supposed to be working in Dubai (first off the coach Daniel Gundry) arriving on the arm of another woman, a woman he’s supposed to have split from last year. We have a 15-year-old daughter who’s in absolute bits.”

It was later revealed that Daniel Gundry, who works in audiovisuals, had married Brooker in a lavish wedding ceremony in the stunning Emirati city of Dubai.
