We all know what we should do when it comes to our fitness: eat well and move more. Although, it would appear that is changing. Not that many of us will have noticed, as we chomp our way through a multipack of crisps and a ‘made to share’ bag of Hershey’s Kisses.

Sharing her dramatic transformation on Instagram, Smith alerted her followers to the benefits of weightlifting, enticing them in with the caption: “Cardio & calorie restriction VS Weight training & all da food”, before penning a long paragraph on why cardio is not a girls best friend, in which she writes: “Stop slaving away trying to burn ‘calories’ on the treadmill and start to build your body to be the strongest it can be!”
