Company Puts Rainbow Swastikas On Shirts, And The Internet Is Not Amused

I can’t imagine it’s very easy to run a successful fashion brand. Not only do you have to have a keen eye for what is going to be in vogue, but you also have to create clothing and accessories that stand out from the norm. With the latest fashion changing year by year, it must be pretty hard to stay ahead of the curve.

To that end, it’s not surprising that fashion designers sometimes push the envelope in an attempt to be trendy, but it’s also not surprising that those gambles occasionally backfire.

A small clothing company now has a PR nightmare on their hands, after they attempted to repurpose a widespread hate symbol into something representing love. KA Designs wanted their new rainbow swastika to represent a “symbol of life”, but the redesign of the Nazi logo has been met with heavy criticism online.
