 In fact, it appears that it’s not just us lowly humans that are prone to this type of reaction when we come across the handsome La La Land star. Apparently, even members of one of the biggest boy bands in British history are also affected by the man who is well and truly the cashmere of the boyfriend material world.

This became evident during an interview on a BBC Radio 1 show, when host Nick Grimshaw hooked One Directioner Harry Styles up to a heart monitor and showed him several images, including one of a shirtless Ryan Gosling. Needless to say, Styles’ heartbeat soared after seeing the Crazy Stupid Love star’s impressive physique and charming smile.
